Daniel Humberto Zapien Martínez

Graduate by the Law Faculty of the Northern Regional University, with a Master´s Degree in Labor Law by the Law Faculty of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua.

Corporate attorney focused on counseling and litigation in labor affairs. Daniel is an expert in labor compliance audits, work contracts – either personal or collective – and internal work regulations. He also is experienced in supervising the legal framework of staff recruitment, payroll processes, and compensations. In general, he has advised companies in many labor-related matters such as attendance controls, permits, leave of absences, licenses, warning notices, incidents reports, resignations, and termination letters. Also, he has experience assisting companies during labor inspections carried out by the Ministry of Work and Social Prevision, and in any other procedures executed by the said authority. He has proved to be effective in any type of labor negotiation, either in personal conflicts and collective disputes, including strikes monitoring.
