Jose Luis is an expert in Tax and Foreign Trade. He has been an adviser for companies for more than 15 years.

In the public sector, he has served as deputy for the Federal Taxpayer´s Rights Defense Office in Chihuahua and worked for the Ministry of Finance in Public Credit in Mexico City.

He is also a member of the AMDF (Mexican Association of Tax Law) and the ANADE (National Association of Corporate Lawyers). His studies include a Master's Degree in Tax Law and a Master's Degree in Financial Law.
